Final Image originated out of founder Bill McQuade's past experiences trying to recruit superior security professionals who could make an immediate contribution to an organization.

It was during his tenure in senior management for over 22 years, that Bill noted how traditional recruitment companies were limited in their knowledge of the highly specialized security sector. In most cases, the focus was on sales commissions rather than providing candidates aligned to the business strategy and culture of the organization.

This knowledge led Bill to fill a niche in the marketplace by opening a boutique style recruitment company specific to the security sector, built on industry knowledge, skill, connections and trust.
